— Four steps. One visit.

Every step documented. Every result defensible.

From booking to final report, nothing is skipped and nothing is ambiguous. Here is exactly what happens.

/ Step 1

Book and confirm scope

You confirm the property address, building type, and any known suspect areas. We assign a certified inspector and lock your appointment — same-day slots are available most days.

/ Step 2

On-site sampling under protocol

The inspector surveys every suspect material, collects samples using NIOSH-approved methods, and logs each location and condition on-site. No area is estimated; every sample is labeled and sealed.

/ Step 3

Accredited lab analysis with chain-of-custody

Samples ship to an NVLAP-accredited laboratory with full chain-of-custody documentation. Results are returned the next business day. Nothing is inferred from visual inspection alone.

/ Step 4

Report delivered, action defined

You receive a signed, stamped report listing each material by location, fiber type, condition rating, and required next action. The report is formatted for regulatory submission and accepted by insurers.

What the report contains

Every material. Every location. Clear next steps.

Each identified material is listed with its sampled location, fiber type confirmed by lab, condition rating, and the specific remediation or clearance action required by regulation.

The report carries the inspector's license number, lab accreditation reference, and chain-of-custody serial. One document, accepted without supplemental testing.
